Very clean and tidy. Well priced.

Although very minor, the bedroom door hinges need oiling as they are noisy in the night. The entry door also has a problem in that it is binding and difficult to open and close.

Close to places we wanted to go.

Parking not included, found a bug in the bed upon arrival, living room area too small, bodily fluids (sex) dried on the couch when a black light was used, never saw staff the 5 days we were there.

The stress before the trip made me want to cancel. This hotel tried to charge my card twice. When I attempted to call the wait time and the time it took for it to be "resolved" was unbearable. Rep promised my reservation was fine and I had nothing to worry about and then the day of the trip my reservation got canceled. Spoke with a rep via chat and he promised to call me but never did and then I had to call in while traveling to the airport. It took me an hr to speak to a rep and then another hr on the phone with a rep who kept on giving me confirmation numbers that didn't exist until she disconnected the line. I then spoke with someone immediately after who stated she saw my reservation and then provided me with the access info. The stress itself prior to the accommodation I wouldn't recommend booking again.

great location

The only issue I had was that there were 6 guest and we only received 4 towels. Didnt notice until the evening when we all wanted to take showers. I did contact management and they did bring the 2 towels the next day.

Good location and beautiful.

It was hot. The AC was at a set temperature and it was hot.

Good location, convenient access to French quarter and transport to access other areas. Comfortable apartment

L'appartement était propre, bien équipé, les lits confortables et le personnel souriant.

L'appartement n'était pas bien insonorisé. On pouvait entendre d'une chambre à l'autre et les bruits de l'étage au-dessus

We loved this place! A perfect location away from the craziness of Bourbon Street but still an easy walk to visit the street and other main attractions in the city. The apartment included more than we expected with a washer and dryer, great amenities like a pool, fridge, oven, microwave, coffee maker, etc. It was spacious, comfortable and clean, and we wish we could have stayed longer.

We would love a little guest/guide book on city information included in the room - other than that, no notes!

Die Lage war gut. Ausserhalb der Party Meile, Bourbon Street jedoch gut zu Fuss erreichbar.

Im Parterre war eine Bar, die bis spät in die Nacht viel zu Laute Musik spielte, die Menschen auf der Strasse machten einen enormen Lärm. Es gab keine Möglichkeit, das Gepäck bis zum Abflug einzulagern. Trotz dem Angebot bei Buchung. Vor Ort war niemand erreichbar oder zuständig. Nie wieder Sonder!
