Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This Sonder is located above a bar that may stay open until 11 pm midweek and 12 am on the weekend. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This is a lively neighborhood and is prone to noise. There is no private parking, but there are paid parking options nearby. The rooftop pool is located on the 5th floor and is open 10 am to 8 pm. Please note, it is not heated and may close on short notice due to weather or maintenance. Hotel license number 2117136

Apartment was cute.

The Sonder app kept glitching and losing my reservation and I had to spend an hour trying to get a hold of staff since there are none onsite. Call and chat operators had lengthy waits. Keypad to access building was old and not functioning well which was a pain. Needs to be replaced.

"Never Again"

Location was ok

The place smells of mold and is humid, beds are very soft and uncomfortable, bathroom small and not clean. There is no room service or towels replacement, they stayed humid the all period

"Comfortable stay"

Location

No instructions for the washer dryer. Booked a room for four people, but only two chairs provided at the table had to ask for an extra two chairs. Was told they don’t provide furniture but the did get us two more chairs. The entrance panel, unable to read done if the numbers. Had to input code several times everyone we wanted to enter.

"Good distance for fun"

The rooms were decent size. Location was in good walking distance from bourbon st. Was quiet at night

There was only 1 tv Even though we put the number of people staying, there weren't enough towels to accommodate us. When requested, we still didn't get enough for everyone. When we arrived, the fridge was getting cold. Had to put milk and other items in the freezer to stay cold. In the main bedroom, the toliet was stopped up.
