Due to Coronavirus (COVID-19), this property is taking steps to help protect the safety of guests and staff. Certain services and amenities may be reduced or unavailable as a result. Payment before arrival via bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. A damage deposit of USD 400 is required. The host charges this 7 days before arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. After confirmation, Sonder will reach out to guests through a secure link to gather some information regarding their stay. Sonder may require the guest to provide a photo of their government issued photo ID. Guests will receive check in details from property management three days prior to arrival. Please note the layout, furniture, and decor of your space may vary from these photos. This Sonder is located above a bar that may stay open until 11 pm midweek and 12 am on the weekend. There is no cable. We have provided a Chromecast for streaming. This is a lively neighborhood and is prone to noise. There is no private parking, but there are paid parking options nearby. "Sehr enttäuschend. Zu viele Probleme und zu wenig Unterstützung."

Lage war oke, Küche war gut.

Apartment anders als online dargestellt: alte rissige Wände im WZ, Betonboden statt Holzboden, nur ein kleines dreckiges Fenster welches auf eine Hauswand blickt, keine Schränke oder Platz für Koffer. Zusätzlich: Klimaanlage war sehr laut, Trockner hat nur manchmal getrocknet, sehr hellhörig, Eingangstür hat großen Schlitz, nicht sauber, Müll von vorherigen Gästen, Kakerlake und Käfer. Service: Die fehlenden Handtücher wurden erst nach 24h gebracht, es kam oftmals erst spät und meistens die gleiche Antwort auf unsere Nachrichten (“one moment”/ “we will check” / “we will connect you to an assistant”). Auf unsere Anfrage, das Apartment zu wechseln kam erst nach mehreren Tagen die Antwort, dass man nur mit Bezahlung einer Reinigungsgebühr von 125$ das Apartment wechseln könne (falls eins verfügbar ist). Auf die Info über die Kakerlake wurde geantwortet, dass jemand gegen Ungeziefer sprühen würde, die Kakerlake war danach jedoch immer noch da. Die ganze Situation hat unseren Aufenthalt leider sehr eingeschränkt, stressig und ungemütlich gemacht. Ich hoffe diese Erfahrungen sind eine Ausnahme, möchte aber dennoch andere vorwarnen.

Lovely Apartment! I always stay with Sonder and always have a great experience! The location is great.

The only thing is there's nowhere to keep your suitcases after check out. Our flight wasn't until 5pm but because there was nowhere to leave our bags we had to go to the airport really early, which was unfortunate.

Did not look like photos on booking site. Got a room ther does not match pictures. Was a little shabby and dirty. No in shower shampoo but brackets still there.

Like the location. In addition, the size of thebedrooms met pour expectations. Full kitchen was a binus! :)

There was an odor while entering the appartment. We had to buy an air freshener to mask it. Also, parking was expensive.
