Very well presented property, fully equipped with everything you might need and some lovely little touches to make it feel luxurious. Peaceful and quiet location but only a stones throw from Ripon. Gail was there to meet us and on-hand if needed. Would definitely recommend and re-book in the future!

Really nice facilities, all needed amenities included. We had an amazing stay.

A beautiful cottage, furnished with taste and care. Gail was the perfect host, friendly and helpful and generous with advice on places to go, help mastering the coffee machine (my fault, not the machine’s!), and a selection of drinks and snacks to make our stay even sweeter. It’s a lovely part of the world, and we enjoyed walks along the river and through nearby villages with our dog. Ripon is lovely, and we enjoyed a wonderful meal out as well as visiting the town.

The bed was softer and shorter than we would have chosen, but I’m sure others will prefer a softer mattress.

It was incredibly welcoming and homely

We went to the ripon races and this was an excellent base to go from . The cottage was gorgeous and the host gail was amazing very helpful and guided us on taxis . The nicest part was the extra touches gail put in the cottage for us prosecco biscuits all little extra things you might forget like toothbrushes very thoughtful of her . Thanks for our stay lisa and paul xx
