Amazing, last minute stay. We booked a 2 night weekend stay (last minute). From the moment of booking, Gail was attentive, helpful, friendly and immediately put us at ease. Excellent directions were given, and upon arrival we were very pleasantly surprised. We bagged a real bargain and everything was perfect with the cottage from start to finish. We used this cottage as a base to get to York (one of the busiest weekends due to Christmas Market), and although a little further out - the weekend was great. Thanks again to Gail and her team. A+++++ We'll be back!!

Gorgeous little hideaway! Ideal for a few days away in the country. Cottage was Immaculate and everything provided that you would need including the log burner. Easy access to explore Ripon and the surrounding area, would recommend the cathedral and Fountains Abbey

This place is a little gem, the host Gail is fabulous , the little touches around the cottage are exceptional and the attentional to detail is superb. The log fire made the stay warm and homely Accommodation was spotless would recommend to everyone, even our pooch “Charlie “ loved it. First Class
