The cottage kitchen was well equipped, everything I could possibly have wanted to cook with, perfect after a long family day out. It was very homely, even the paddock out the back. Very much enjoyed our stay would recommend it to anyone. Lightwater valley is only 12 minutes away so in the summer hoildays this was ideal stay for my little family. Host was very lovely and welcoming.

2nd stay here and again an excellent stay the cottage is modern, spotless, lots of little extras and attention to detail is impeccable. I am already looking forward to my third visit and to top it off Gail the host is lovely.

Beautiful location very peaceful. All the little extras that Gail put into the stay were so lovely. We loved the little bunnies hopping around in the nearby fields. Also on returning back from the wedding we attended we were lucky to see an owl sat on the fence as we drove down the driveway to our accommodation.

Location, host and facilities were fabulous. Made to feel so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. Was great to have the dog being so welcome everywhere too.
