Hotel bellissimo e tranquillissimo! Personal fantastico, super ospitale ed amichevole. Sempre pronti a dare consigli per la permanenza. La camera era fantastica e la zona era vicino a tutto

Tutto fantastico forse però avrei organizzato la colazione dentro... Alcuni giorni era un po' freddo e mangiare fuori non era al top. Ad ogni modo si poteva portare il cibo in camera

Good location, conscientious staff, very clean

Needs plumbing work and bathrobes for guests. Also, despite our “do not disturb” sign, we found a cleaner in our room when we returned one day. Doesn’t inspire trust. Finally, it needs a good bar.

The rooms are perfectly decorated and very comfortable. This is a boutique hotel with every room being different and special. Great bathroom; kitchen is well equipped. Everything is tasteful. The service is outstanding. We got great recommendations. Located in Condesa. Easy access to key places. Excellent WiFi; the room had a beautiful terrace.

The location was great, on a quiet street with lots of restaurants within walking distance. Short Uber from all the attractions and other restaurants in Roma Norte.

The first morning we went up to get breakfast and the coffee was empty and all the breakfast items had been eaten. We went down to the reception and they said they would fill the coffee and make sure there were enough items for the next morning. They brought some fruit to our room which was very nice.

The staff was amazing and we felt so safe here!
