Casa Cleo by Viadora

Casa Cleo proved to be an exceptional choice for my stay, with a standout feature being the impeccable service provided by the staff. Samara, the concierge, was incredibly knowledgeable and approachable, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel. Additionally, the hotel's location in the picturesque La Condesa area, with its stunning Art Deco buildings, added to the overall charm and appeal of the stay, making it a place I would eagerly return to in the future.

We changed our reservation somewhat last minute to be at Casa Cleo and so, so happy we did. The facility was beautiful and very clean, staff was so friendly, welcoming, and helpful, and location was fantastic. Would absolutely stay here again anytime. Thank you to everyone here who made our stay flawless!

The design, space and cleanliness were perfect. The staff were also unbelievably nice. Always gave great recommendations and were very helpful and promptm. The location is also great. Super easy to walk around to all the tourist hot spots. Will definitely be seeking out this location upon our return.

Everything was great! Staff were kind and attentive; the hotel itself is beautiful; the apartment was gorgeous, comfortable and well equipped; the shower pressure was amazing; and the location was great. The fact coffee and a pastry were available for breakfast was a nice surprise.

The only thing that would have been a nice touch would be bath salts to go with that great bathtub!

Excellent all around! Plenty of space, beautifully designed, and friendly staff. Also a great, quiet location close to many parks and cafes.

Beautiful neighborhood and excellent service

Staying at Casa Cleo was a great experience. The staff were very warm, approachable, and hospitable. The property was beautiful as was the room. It was spacious, stylish, and extremely clean. It is located in a beautiful, safe, and quiet neighbourhood close to restaurants & shopping. The location makes it easy to explore everything Mexico City has to offer. Would definitely stay here again.
