Element Colorado Springs Downtown

Well lets start off by saying I was double charged for my stay and it was not cheap. I prepaid my stay and they charged me again when I gave my card for incidentals. $850! I was not happy and the manager promised a bunch of stuff he did not deliver on. He offered to take care of parking, comp a night and give us more points for our stay, and give us a $50 dollar voucher. He gave us the voucher and that was it. Don't promise things you cant deliver. Customer service was not great and we were not happy with how that went.

Lovely place, really loved the hotel and breakfast was great! I would definitely recommend this place, close to some great restaurants, cafes and shops. Everything worked brilliantly and the room was big and modern! We went to garden of the gods from here and wild lodge water park. Both were fabulous.

Love the Marriott Element brand. Great in room facilities with pleasant outdoor areas. Staff were friendly and helpful.

1st room we had to leave due to wet carpet. They were working in the water all week. Last day we reported to staff that the 4th floor hallway smelled like sewage. 1,800 for six days was way to much for the inconvenience s

Hotel is new, very clean and nice property. Excellent location and within walking distance of many great drink and restaurant options (that are also newer). The only downside is the amount of road noise from motorcycles racing down Tejon street outside during my stay; not sure if it’s because of the proximity to the interstate or what, but it was a regular occurrence every night of my stay

The Element was a wonderful place to stay! We were very impressed with the staff, atmosphere, restaurant and the breakfast blew us away! Will definitely stay again.

This property was wonderful. The staff were all friendly and seemed genuinely glad we were there. Everything was clean and sparkling. The included breakfast was so different from most hotel breakfasts; there was an actual chef making eggs and a different option each morning. This morning, for instance, we had lemon crepes topped with blueberries or breakfast taco or pancakes. There was a yogurt cart with fresh fruit, granola, coconut, and chocolate chips as optional mixins. There is a restaurant on top that gets very lively with an outdoor rooftop area to sit and enjoy the mountain views. They have a social hour Monday-Thursday from 3:00-6:30. Parking is in the garage attached to the hotel (which is also attached to Springhill Suites bc they are combined). The pool and exercise room are on the 2nd floor and also looked spotlessly clean. The room has a refrigerator that works great and a microwave. The bed and pillows were pretty comfy. The only negative, which isn’t their fault, is there was loud traffic noise on the street below, so I would ask for a room not facing the street. We will definitely stay there again.

Very clean hotel and spacious/comfortable room that has many great amenities. Full kitchen with everything you need. Walkable to lots of restaurants, bars and the Olympic Museum. Also has a nice rooftop bar with great view (make a reservation it was very crowded even on a Monday night). We got four free beers (I think you can also choose wine?) and a small cheese plate during Happy Hour which is a very nice perk. Excellent staff! Our car broke down and we needed to come back after we had already checked out. They gave us access to our room and also were going to give me a discount on the rate if I needed to stay another night (hotel was very full that day and I had a special rate for my stay). I think the front desk employee who helped me was named Tevon? Thank you so much for being so kind and professional to help us during a very stressful situation. Well done and much appreciated!

beautiful and clean hotel- horrible staff and location.

It was great! Parking was easy, staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were spotless and updated, breakfast was very very nice!
