Pictures of the room I booked looked significantly different. Upon asking for moving to a room like the pictures, we were told there were no availabilities and that the pictures were “not updated” for what we were currently staying in.

"Very nice hotel, but stay away from the 7th floor."

Overall, a very nice hotel with a good location. The room (Studio King) was spacious, clean and well laid out. Staff at the hotel was professional and courteous. The breakfast was better than the average hotel breakfast and include made to order items. The options on a Saturday were limited compared to the Friday breakfast. There is parking under the building for $17/day with 24 hours in/out privileges. Now the bad - Avoid the 7th floor. There is a restaurant on the 8th floor and there was banging and things being rolled around till past midnight both nights we were there. And it starts up again in the early morning. Since we were there for just 2 nights and had a very full schedule, we didn't ask for a change of rooms. Just be aware. The amount of noise is unacceptable.

I thoroughly enjoyed staying here overnight while in Springs. Lika, one of the front desk reps, was absolutely amazing; she was able to check me in a few minutes early as I ended up in an unexpected situation with my rental car (flat tire) and had no where else to go. I truly appreciated her compassion and humor. I recommend stopping at Lumen8 and Toastique; one is a rooftop bar/restaurant and the other is a fun gourmet toast/smoothie spot that’s just South of the Hotel. I would absolutely stay here again.

The staff did not clean our room all day. We even asked if they could get to our room, and after a night out of the hotel, we came back to a dirty room. What exactly are we paying for when we stay there? Also, the attendants at the front desk were a rude and dismissive.

Looks like some mold might be developing in the shower, and one of the beds had some divots. But overall it was fine.
