Rio Motel and Suites Wildwood Beach & Boardwalk

I would definitely go back to this motel . It was a great deal for the buck

TV was broken with no sound. Garbage was in room from past guests and smelled horrible . Cooking bowl smelled like wet dog that you couldn't wash out

Convenient location, WiFi not stable, can hear broadcast from boardwalk every half hour including midnight

Would stay there again.

The motel’s location near the boardwalk makes it an ideal location.

It was filthy dirty. Garbage and used linens in parking lot. AC was dirty and filter was filthy and hadn't been cleaned in a while covered in dirt and dust.

Location was perfect! Right across the boardwalk/beach. Front desk was nice & the room was spacious.

It was not as cleaned as it should have been unfortunately. The floor definitely needed some cleaning, as it was very dirty & looked like it wasn’t cleaned in a while. The shower also had some left over hair on the walls. Because of that, I went and brought my own cleaning supplies to clean it. We also found stains on the sheets upon arrival. However, we were able to get new ones right away.

Extremely clean and affordable. Great location to convention center.

TV didnt work, COuldnt check in with a person and check out we had to leave the key on the dresser and walk out because we couldnt find anyone to check out. No one would answer the phone as well. Parking was horrible.

Comfortable beds nice location and layout, nice shower

For being off season the floors were REALLY dirty.
