Rio Motel and Suites Wildwood Beach & Boardwalk

There was no reception area or signage tell us to walk two block to a receptionestvtgatbmanaged two facilities

check-in at another location; smelly room; WiFi didn't work; AC was VERY noisy; dirty stove and fridge; shower had no power; no night lamp by the bed; no outlet by bed to plug phone, a real DUMP

Absolutely terrible I wouldn’t recommend this place to a family what so ever. First off, the google picture is misleading the pic they show is someone else’s place. Then you got to walk down the road more to another hotel to check in. Then the staff you can barely understand and they walk you down to your room which is an alley with only 4 parking spots oh and they make you pay for parking. They say your room is supposed to be ready at 3pm just to walk you down and tell you that you need to wait 20mins for it to be cleaned. And they are very scammy.

Great location ! Pull out couch had food ( pieces of sandwich) under the cushions so we did not pull it out - appeared to Have been there a bit :/ but the ready

They allow dogs, I didn't have a dog with me. Close to the beach.

Had to pay extra to park a block away from motel. Check in was at 3 pm waited at desk for service, no one was around. Then had to wait for room to be cleaned. An hour later we got into our room. The room was somewhat clean but the floor was slippery from the cleaning chemicals and wood not dry. The bed was about 15 inches from the kitchen counter so you would have to sit on bed to heat any thing up and you can only open refrigerator door part way. No place for your dog to go to bathroom.
