Our experience with the staff was mixed because the man named was rude while the lady was very helpful. Besides this drawback the hotel itself and everything around this were very nice.

Property not easy walk to town. Checkin was frustrating. No staff after 8 pm. Tried to check in online and at lobby kiosk. Even though all questions answered still could not electronic key. Had to call after hours number. Automated answering

Eine der besten Unterkünfte die ich je gebucht habe! Modern, topsauber, gepflegt, ruhig. Küchenausstattung sehr gut. Von Töpfen über Dosenöffner, Flaschenöffner, Geschirr und Besteck, Wasserkocher, Nespressomaschine, Spülmittel, Trockentuch, einfach alles vorhanden. Das ist wirklich schon alles sehr durchdacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl und gut aufgehoben gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen wenn wir in Bern sind!

La propiedad esta muy bonita, nueva y limpio. Un poco de confusion al momento del check in, el registro y la activacion de la llave pero vale la pena. En la esquina esta la parada que te conecta directo a la estacion principal o al centro lo cual es un beneficio extra.

A acomodação é excelente, tudo bem cuidado, seguro e de boa qualidade. Boa localização, cozinha equipada, camas confortáveis, banho excelente. Só tivemos dificuldade com o check-in, porque o código fornecido não foi reconhecido pelo totem. Tivemos que pagar ligação internacional para resolver o problema, pois a recepção não funcionava naquele horário. No mais dói tudo bastante satisfatório.

Everything was good, except having people smoke outside of their rooms. I was unable to leave my window open.

Very clean, spacious and quiet. Bus stop is less than a minute walk, frequent service. I didn’t receive Check-in instruction email with check-in code, but the staff was there to help me (9am-8pm only). Other local train stations are in walkable distance (15-20 min) if you don’t mind walking. Great value to stay in Bern.
