Los Lorentes Residences

The room was good, the air conditioning wasn’t working but staff provided a fan when requested. Loved the amenities and the kitchen. The self checkin was a little weird and checking out while on the train to the next place was even more weird ( because 9:00am checkout?). The only thing that was not really acceptable though was that there was a skateboard park right outside our window. Really? A skateboard park right there?

The place itself was lovely and quiet but the check in process was a disaster. Never received the code to get in via email and had to stand out until a guest came out of their room to let us in . No staff on site to help. Had to work but no internet access. That whole self check in system needs an upgrade At least for now leave a staff on site to assist with issues like this.

hotel was nice but there is no AC which was really hot

I needed some help with an adopter and a fan at night. The adopter, in particular, was for my CPAP machine. No one was available in person, on phone or email.

No proper communication. No extra fan provided.

The only thing is the view on the skateboarding was very dirty but we did not hear any noise

Bus stop right outside. Outdoor swimming pool 5 min walk away. Room clean

This hotel was very nice, the kitchen came fully equipped and the spaces were clean.
