It was the perfect place for me to relax and refresh after a busy work day.Location is also perfect as it is on the yellow bys route.The office staff were very friendly, very helpful in providing me with all the necessary information to make my stay comfortable.True professionals

Siamo molto soddisfatti della struttura, del servizio resoci, della disponibilità del personale ma scarsa educazione nei nostri confronti da parte delle donne del servizio di pulizia del mattino dopo. Ci hanno dato degli omosessuali da fuori nel corridoio.

This is a very good priced hotel in Bern. The staff are very helpful and the room facility was great, a twin room with private wc/shower and useful kitchenette. Unfortunately the view was very industrial, and so quite noisy too. But the staff were so helpful when 1 of our party fell ill, they really went the extra mile! Thank you!

Property was very clean but it doesn't have an air conditioner which can be really an issue on a hot day and they provide a fan only if it’s available. Well they should mention this in their bio so that people should know what they are getting into. Toiletries means only body shower.

I can totally recommend them. We are staying here again soon and I can’t wait to come back.

Very clean and new with grocery store next door. Only a few bus stops from the train station. The check in is a bit I’m personable, but all in all a great place to stay.

Hotel itself is nice, but in a construction site. Will be nicer once the construction finishes
