Portal House Apartments

It was very close to all amenities. However it was noisey especially when it was warm as no air con in the room so had to leave the windows open. One thing i will say is the shower tray very very slippy i had to put a towel on the base to feel safe in the shower. But great place to stay. Lovely breakfast and they made us something to take out with us when leaving very early. Would definitely recommend or stay again. Staff were lovely.

Absolutely fabulous place to stay. Room was spacious and furnished top class. We had a seperate bedroom. Lovely kitchenette. High class bathroom. Brilliant location. 5 min to main square, walkable to nany places. Good public transport w min walk. Staff were marvellous. Felt very secure. Breakfast was just yummy. Thankyou. Would stay a million times over, already recommended to my brother.

The hotel environment is comfortable, the sheets are soft, and the bathroom is big enough! The hotel staff is sincere and attentive! The place is quiet and prosperous! Highly recommend!

Fab location just around corner from the main square. We stayed in the top floor apartment which was so spacious and comfortable. We were 3 friends staying together so this was ideal. Lovely breakfast and staff were really helpful and friendly. Would definitely recommend.

Our stay at Portal House Apartments was very pleasant and superbly located. Easy to walk in the Old City and easy to get to trams to explore. One star docked for such hard beds! Otherwise the included breakfast was lovely and the accommodations charming.

Staff were all very kind, and helpful. Knew the area well, and was able to give me pointers to maximize my trip! 12/10 will definitely stay again.

This place is a Gem just around the corner from everything , old school charm , rooms were beautiful it did get a little noisy for a few hours at night on a Friday but not bad Perfect Place to Stay 👏

The apartments are in a great location for both the old town and the Jewish district. Everything is walkable and organised trips pick up within 5 mins walk maximum. The room was spotless, bathroom modern, breakfasts good and the staff were great. On 2 mornings we needed to leave before breakfast started at 7am so they made us breakfast boxes to take with us at no extra cost. I would thoroughly recommend this to anyone visiting Krakow.
