Portal House Apartments

We stayed here for 5 days and we were amazed with the very warm welcome from the polite receptionist, Rosza. Our room is very clean and neat. Location is perfect. We were able to walk around even late at night. All the transport route are very accessible including the main railway station. Also with thanks to Philip one of the young receptionist who guided us through while searching for the places we’d like to visit. Breakfast iare good too. I would highly recommend Portal house to everyone.

We stayed in a Junior Apartment at Portal House Apartments. It was very spacious, modern and clean. The bathroom was one of the largest bathrooms I've ever seen. The shower was in a separate part of the room and was very powerful. Then there was a double bedroom, double wardrobe with hanging space and shelf space. There is a safe which is free to use. If you need to iron clothes, an iron and ironing board can be provided without charge. We had a spacious lounge area and TV. The kitchen had everything you need. We only used the kettle and the fridge. We couldn't find the cutlery! When you open the drawers, there is a drawer at the top of that open space. It just looks like a piece of wood. There was also a little patio outside the bedroom. Breakfast offers a small selection of fruits, cereals, yoghurts, breads, waffles, pancakes, cakes and hot food.Plenty of choice. Fruit juices and hot drinks too. The staff on Reception were very helpful and friendly. The hotel is very bright and modern with touches of the original building in the staircases and wooden doors. It is situated within easy walking distance of bars, restaurants, the main square. We ordered a Bolt taxi from the airport. Youll need the app. It was around 50pzloty each way. If we returned to Krakow, we would stay here again.

Great accommodation with helpful friendly staff

Wow. Just wow.. 2nd time at this apartment! Absolutely beautiful.. we stayed at room 9 2 bedroom, dining room, living room, spacious, immaculate there is also a lift… the breakfast has a variety for everyone and nothing is to much trouble, very tasty. The staff are so helpful & friendly, sorted out transfers home for us. The old town is just around the corner from the apartments…also central to some quirky bars and restaurants.. Had a brilliant time and would definitely recommend and return..

Comfortable stay in a central location.

I was able to order a taxi at the desk. I could come and go as I pleased and at any time of night because there was a host 24 hrs a day at the front desk to buzz you in . I felt safe and enjoyed the area since it was just a block and half away from the head market square.

Great place to stay - wonderful location just off the Old Town. Apartment was very spacious and very clean. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Would definitely return.
