Friendly staff, lovely garden, view over Harbour

Hot water supply was unreliable - had to run tap for ages for water to get hot which didn't feel good when Chile had a drought - last 36 hours of our stay there was no hot water so we were disappointed by this especially after a long flight and jet lag

Both the owners and the staff were friendly and welcoming and did all they could to ensure a pleasant stay, even undertaking arrangements for transportation to the cruise port. Breakfast was varied and plentiful and the hotel decor and gardens are lovely.

My room was a bit small though I fully expected that to be the case.

If we could give 10 stars we would. Everything and everyone were exceptional. The reception, the staff, the service and the breakfast were phenomenal. We wished we could have stayed longer.

Peaceful surroundings, amazing staff cannot do enough for you. A really special place and lots of wonderful bars and restaurants on the doorstep. Up on the hill we felt safe and happy

Nothing. The whole area would be difficult if had mobility issues. Our taxi dropped us off up the road, but the staff were able to arrange a taxi to pick us up at the door on departure.

Gorgeous gardens and a view of the Valparaiso port. Very unique sinks, window frames, and furniture. Numerous areas to sit.

Beautiful property, lovely rooms with a great view of the port area (we boarded a cruise in Valpo). Anne and Alex were greats hosts and we especially enjoyed both Catalina’s manning the desk. Yummy breakfast with a lot of variety and there are many tasty eateries nearby. There are other things to see and do nearby, but also an easy walk down to / ascensor back up from the city. Would definitely stay here again if we return to Valpo.

This place gets 100 stars from me! The hotel is beautiful, in a perfect location and the service and staff were incredible. Delicious breakfast, airy and beautiful rooms and common spaces, the GARDENS are incredible and the staff were so helpful. Always asking if there is anything we need, what are plans are for the day and if they can help. When we checked out, we planned to take an Uber all the way to the Santiago airport. When the Ubers kept cancelling on us, I went back inside and asked them to all us a taxi. They called their private car service (which I assume they usually schedule ahead of time for guests) to come RIGHT AWAY to pick us up. The owner of the hotel waited outside with us for the car to arrive and told the driver to take good care of us. Seriously the best service I have received at a hotel anywhere! If you are considering this place, BOOK NOW, you will not regret it :)
