Hosts were wonderful and gave an instant assurance that we had booked the right place for our 3 day stay. Staff produced immediate and great recommendations and were very accommodating. Wonderful location just at the foot of the tourist district with immediate access to amazing walking sights as well as food. Breakfast service was a step above what we had experienced elsewhere. The balcony rooms are worth the investment though the common garden is available to all. Easily the best stay we had during our 3 week trip.

Very warm welcome and helpful to carry luggage,. A nice welcome drink and useful information to see the city. Room well decorated and great views. Very central on Cerro Concepcion.

The staff were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. We loved the design of the hotel...its a mixture of old and new in a historic neighbourhood.

The owners Anna & Alex have created a lovely place with a lot of soul and character, with special creative touches. There are lots of beautiful flowers and each toilet seat cover is also painted with beautiful flowers. The staff was wonderful and very helpful, the two Carolinas and Benjamin.

This doesn’t apply to everyone but I have some mobility issues. I asked for a room with a nice view and so I had to climb stairs. But it was worth it.

Absolutely beautiful hotel, lovely staff and stunning gardens. Great location in Valparaiso in a nice area. Incredible breakfasts with fresh avocado from their avocado tree. Highly recommend!
