AYCA La Flora Hotel Boutique

Lovely hotel in a beautiful garden. We had a very big room with a very comfortable and big bed. Really welcoming, friendly and helpful staff. Great location in the arty part of town full of bars, coffee shops, galleries and restaurants.

We were cold in the bedroom. There was a radiator in the room which helped a lot. Curtains very thin and let in a lot of light.

Excellent boutique hotel in the center of Valparaiso. Family owned and run with beautiful rooms, garden and a wonderful included breakfast. Staff went out of their way to ensure our stay was perfect and provided us with ample suggestions of places / areas to visit in the city.

Warm welcome, beautiful garden and terrace overlooking the port of Valparaiso. Not very noisy, but interesting watching the Chilean Navy and commercial vessels. Beautiful garden with fragrant flowers. Excellent position with quick walking route into the main plaza. Great, breakfasts with homemade jams. Comfortable beds and lovely rooms. Parking for two vehicles behind tgeir main gate (very safe)

I guess the plumbing is getting older so hot water takes a while but it still becomes hot and the toilets are not functioning as well as they used to

The hotel is lovely, it has been decorated with care and a special touch. The owners and the staff are very nice and helpful. They gave us lots of suggestions to visit Valparaíso and to get around. The hospitality is very warm and professional at the same time. Breakfast is excellent, with home made jams, juices, a carrot cake, fruit salad, and many other things. We have enjoyed our stay immensely, thank you!

One of our rooms was rather small although charming. Not having any wardrobe could be a problem if you stay a longer period with suitcases open on the floor.

Beautiful hotel, staff very kind and helpful, nice breakfast, comfortable bedroom. If you look to stay in Valparaiso, don't look further.
