The mattress was wonderful, the air conditioning was wonderful, the location was very good.

"Well priced hotel in Cartagena"

Fair price in the center of Cartagena. Found a used toothbrush in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but makes me wonder about the cleanliness. The sheet on the bed also had a rift in it.

"Bien en Photos mais moins Bien en la réalité "

C’est un établissement qui j’ai séjourné en janvier 2024 mais ils ont fait de modifications dans l’accueil, maintenant est inexistant !! Pour le confort sanitaire il n’y a pas de pression d’eau dans la douche !! Très désagréable.

Charming hotel. Beautiful and historic but not so clean/safe area. One evening I was offered "white coffee" 60 times in on a 60 minute walk. There is only a partial wall between the beroom and toilet. We were promised a welcome drink - didn't get one.
