Hotel Boutique Callecitas de San Diego

This "hotel" does not have a front desk or concierge but there is someone available at all times via WhatsApp and the cleaning staff were available if we needed. The rooms were absolutely charming with lovely murals. Location could not have been better. Walking to everything within Cartagena's old city. It wasn't noisy on a Tuesday or Wednesday night, but as there is a bar downstairs (seems to be same management), it likely is more noisy Thurs- Saturday. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again!

Location is great, and there was a very well done wall-painting, separating our bed from the bathroom. The fabulous La Mulata restaurant is just down the street.

Our stay here was strange in so many ways. First off, on-line you’re given a password to get into the building, and your room — no human contact. Our small room had an excellent shower and a brand new toilet. From there, everything went south. When sitting on the toilet, you can’t help but knock off the ill-positioned toilet paper roll with your elbow. The hairdryer was strong, but with cold air only. Just outside the bathroom door, there was a bath robe, but nowhere in the room was there a place to hang your wet towel after taking a shower. The lighting was poor in the windowless room. And because the room was so small, the only way it could have worked, is if the bed had been smaller as well. Just getting from the opposite side of the bed to the bathroom, was a walking challenge. And last but not least, the wall separating the bed from the bathroom did not reach the ceiling leaving a huge open space. Echoing bathroom sounds can be horribly heard as a result. Oh, and the bed was way too soft and spongy, not so good for the back. Whoever designed this room should have been made to sleep in it with another person for just one night. Had that happened, a re-design would have been in order, right from the get-go.

We arrived at the appartement and were ‘welcomed’ by a very rude person. Not professional at all. The room was full of mold and we couldn’t close the door properly.

This Hotel is very central, leaving you close to busses and boats, walking routes, etc.The room, although small was cute and nicely decorated. I was right in the lobby. When cleaning staff came in early (about 6:30), I could hear them greeting each other and speaking loudly. Try not to stay in the lobby if possible.

Está muy cerca de todo, lo la habitación pequeña pero cómoda y muy bonita, un muy balance costo beneficio, recomendada

Simple self check in with no hotel staff. Rooms.were clean and comfortable, not much in terms of hotel amenities but communication was excellent on Whatsapp and provided good value.

Music blaring all day and into the small hours …air conditioner not powerful enough for the heat

We didnt feel comfortable in this room. Very basic and not worth the money. And it was very loud too, there is a bar right next to the room. So we did not sleep too much. They have offered us an early check in 2hrs in advance. Even though our room was ready, they have charged us 50k for that "service". Thank god we could cancel our upcoming stay in this location.
