Muito limpo, bom gosto no estilo dos quartos, bem localizado. Acústica um pouco ruim dava para ouvir levemente outros quartos ou o que acontecia na rua mas não atrapalhou. Realmente recomendo, voltaria sem duvida

I’m not kidding when I say this is the worst hotel in my 2 months of traveling in Latam. Pros - Prior to arrival, they were responsive when asking for payment - The room was reasonably clean Cons - I paid prior to arrival and they said they’d send check-in details but I got nothing. When I was already in Cartagena, I messaged to ask about check-in details, and got 1 tick on WA. - WiFi was extremely spotty for the first 1.5 days but I just beared with it. Keep in mind that I’m a digital nomad and am working 3 jobs online so wifi is extremely important. However, on the third day, there was no wifi at all. This is unacceptable especially because the room advertised as having free wifi. - When I went down to complain, the staff just said it was down. But he was nice and bought me coffee at a coffee shop so I can use their wifi. He promised it would be repaired in 20 minutes. - However when I returned 5 hours later, there was still no WiFi. That night I had 3h of online meetings so I was really annoyed. I went down again and he said we can go to buy data for my phone that I can hotspot. I said ok. However, when it came to payment, he asked me to pay and I absolutely refused. I paid for this room because of the free wifi, so why in the world should I have to pay extra? - The toggling of hotspot from my phone to laptop was troubling but I made do - Next morning, I was woken up multiple times because the staff claimed I needed to check out. However, I have made 2 consecutive reservations and prior to arrival, received confirmation that I can stay in the same room - I messaged the management/administration and realised I hadn’t paid for one of the reservations (even though they confirmed I have on WA). Thats ok then, my bad and I paid. - Before I paid, I asked again about the wifi issue. The hotel refused to take any responsibility or provide any options and alternatives.

Pues esta habitación fue muy diferente, a lo que esperábamos, sin embargo, no deja de ser cómodo estar a pie de calle muy cerca en el acceso de todas las plazas y jardines de Cartagena

"Great location and amazing price to quality ratio"

Amazing location in the heart of the city center, well equipped room with comfortable bed.

The toilet was only seperated by a sliding door from the bedroom which still had a huge gap, so there wasn’t really a feeling of privacy in the bathroom.

"Very comfy mattress and pillow but very loud music"

This is a well located hotel. I arrived very early from Europe and they did not allow me to check in a minute earlier. The mattress and pillow were super comfy and whilst staff were friendly, they also run a pub right below the hotel, which was incredibly loud all day long. I never got my welcome drink. I enjoyed my stay but I’m sure there are better options out there.

"Terrible communication, staff is uninformed, not a good place to stay"

The location was honestly the only good thing.

The was no communications. Messages in booking left unanswered. Door codes not provided. They made me wait one hour and a half to give me the room because they didn’t have my payment even when I showed the payment upfront. Different platform required for payment. No invoice in the bar next door and refusal for that. Bad guest registration they don’t inform the staff so when my partner came in they came knocking on my door until I showed the registration. What’s the point of all this forms one fills before arriving if they’re still treating the guest like this. At 11am sharp I got someone knocking my door telling me to leave the room even though I was given the room late. Anyways just probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at booking.
