Nice room but you can hear next room and the bar downstairs

Great location close to the sites and quiet

The mattress was too soft. The room was small and everything seemed new, but poorly designed. There were plush bathrobes, although no real reason to have them, but nowhere to hang your wet towel. The toilet paper roll was positioned so that it constantly fell off of its holder.

The breakfast was wonderful, the staff were very helpful and we felt safe. My only issue with the hotel is that nine of the taxi drivers could find it. We ended up having them go to the bar next door.

I probably should have tried to stay closed to my son in the main part of town. Cartagena is beautiful! I loved our room with robes, a strong man to carry our bags up the stairs and the food from the restaurant/bar next door was fabulous!

Well located

The walls were like paper. Could hear the couple next door doing it all night long. Indoor corridors felt narrow and run down

Everything was fine except we were right above the bar and the music was loud until 1:00am.
