The Kings Park Grand

Loud noises. Cannot sleep. No use of complaining. The whole hotel has smoke smell. Rooms aren't noise proof so you can hear the pub people whole day. You could even hear the people noises from pub below in every room. Corridors stink of cigarettes. Room service is also bad. Hotel manager Arun Kumar is complaining of hotel management and low paid salaries to people. He was continuously laughing on my complaints too. Useless, wouldn't recommend.

The hotel is very close to American Consulate - you can actually walk to the consulate. The rooms are good and hygienic. Valet parking available. However… DO NOT book a Family Suite on the first floor. This is right above the pub and you can hear LOUD music until 3:00 AM. We had elderly people and small kids in our trip. Both of them including ourself could not sleep until 3:00 AM. We called the front desk multiple times to reduce the volume but of no use. I guess it will be the same with all rooms on the first floor. The hotel should do something about this as it causes lot of inconvenience to the guests. However, the staff obliged our request to move us to the second floor the next day.

We booked room for my relative at this property. They have enjoyed stay and food. Rooms are well appointed. Near to US consulate, Marina beach, kapaleeshwar temple and T Nagar. I recommed to all. Thank you

I personally checked from Google and visited this hotel directly and stayed for couple of nights. Rooms are very comfortable and it's a newly launched hotel. I am the first guest who stayed in this room specifically mentioned by front office team and really felt very happy with all the amenity. Very safe and secured place and I came here for a treatment and every thing goes well. Services were on time and will stay back in future.
