The Kings Park Grand

Stay was for 5 nights and no room cleaning was offered throughout! Had to take out garbage ourself hand it over as the room started stinking. Breakfast service is also bad as we hear people shouting in that area, did not bother to try it.

Worst hotel that i never stayed, no friendly atmosphere with Workers especially the people who are in Breakfast hall are won't even care for you and see towards you awkwardly if you eat anything 2 time. If you need anything as a complimentary you need to call 3-4 times, though sometimes front desk won't take care. Night Pub sound make you uncomfortable to sleep in your rooms.

Staff were not helpful. Have to call them multiple times to get things done. Mattress cover damaged. Room cleaning not done until asked multiple times. Have to go to reception every day to reactivate the key

I have booked this hotel for a consulate work with my friend, reason behind choosing this hotel Walkable distance To US Consulate and Biometric. It's Brand new Hotel with global Cuisine restaurant. Very comfortable bed and bathroom is very Hygiene. Front office team assisted us with cabs. Also EA Mall is very close by. Some temples and beaches are few Kilometres. If planning to purchase Pondy Bazar, T Nagar and even parry are close by. Recommended any travellers for a safe high class accomadation.

The Kings Park Grand is an ideally located hotel for US Visa.The biometric VAC and embassy both are very close and easily walkable.Hotel seems to have been recently renovated and spacious.Lobby and entrance are grand ,with two lifts.Restaurant is spacious and good with a wide choice of different cuisines. Hotel reception needs a makeover.Repeated calls to the hotel mobile contact number goes unanswered which is really bad. Front office staff are busy with themselves without the usual courtesy to guests. Restaurant staff are extremely courteous with excellent service.Restaurant service charges of 10% is unwarranted, especially for dine in.
