Staff was rude and not very cooperative

Horrible place. Very dirty and stinky. Had mould everywhere. Had to change rooms twice. Still nothing better. Full of mosquitos. Falsely advertised photos

The condition of family room is not good. Bathroom doors are broken, bed sheets seems never changed in recent times, closets are not ready to holds clothes, locker box itself is moving or ready to take away.

First our room wasn't available. We booked a family suite, that room wasn't available and we were offered two separate rooms. I was traveling with a minor child so that wasn't an option. Property had a lot of mold which triggered allergy attack for my child. Dirty towels were left in the bathroom. Except for ine thing that it is close to consulate. I won't recommend anyone taking this option.

when it rains, it's hard to get ola or uber in this area.

We stayed in this hotel due to its location for Visa purpose. However were highly disappointed with the condition of the hotel. We had to insist for the change of room as there was stench coming from the bathroom, new room was on 1st floor where entire corridor had seepage, in the night our AC stopped working and hotel didn't have any electrician to fix the same. Even breakfast was disappointing , since half the stuff was over at 9am. Seriusly, suggest look for some other hotel even if it is 4-5 km away from visa/ biometric centre, taxis and autos work quite efficiently and are easily available.
