Sanora Villa Sanur by Ini Vie Hospitality

The property was soooo gorgeous! Convenient location to the harbour and main drag of sanur but still quiet inside. Gorgeous design of the villa.

Private pool. Super Friendly staff. Free shuttle to local areas. All requests to staff were adhered to promptly without any issues. Staff always available in person or on what’s app 24/7. Staff were Very accomodating. Late check out and airport transfers were an option and it took the hassle out of a rushed check out which was very helpful. Thai restaurant attached to villas which made it very convenient for lunch or dinner. Fee filtered water however it wasn’t cold and at room temperature. Four Complimentary drinks per day, but need to request these daily otherwise wouldn’t be delivery.

Towels not changed after every housekeeping visit. Extra blankets in the room could have made my stay a little cosier. No pool towels or dressing gowns as per advertised. Constantly had to ask for toilet paper refill with no back up. We opted to use the table tissues when we ran out. Limited mini bar snacks as options. Breakfast was warm when delivered, bread not toasted, inconsistent servings when ordering the same breakfast 3 days in a row. Trades people were working in the main walking path blocking our entry in and out of the villa for 2 out of 2 days without any advance notice.

I had a wonderful stay at Sanora Villas. The view was beautiful, and the villa was spacious with excellent interior facilities. The large private pool and the generous room size made the stay very relaxing. All the staff members were always smiling and genuinely friendly, which made the experience even better. Special thanks to Butler, who kindly escorted us and helped with our early check- in. Her hospitality was much appreciated. Overall, the food at the resort doesn't look particularly fancy at first glance, but the taste is truly exceptional. I was pleasantly surprised by how good every dish was. I would gladly return and highly recommend this villa to others

Over rated for cost. Didn’t come close to professional standards, constant issues with water/ sewage/ and plumbing smell, was constant! Location was terrible for noise, traffic noise was high.

A comfortable villa with excellent service. One issue was immediately resolved. Thank you to all the staff for providing excellent service.

The location is perfect, very easy to get to the beach of sanur

親子4人で宿泊しました。子供は小4と小1です。 ベッドルームが2つあり、部屋ごとにキングベット1台ずつとバスとトイレがあり、リビングとダイニングはとてもゆったりしていて素敵でした！ 内装もおしゃれだし、プールはもちろんいつでも入れて最高の滞在でした。 日本では信じられない価格だと思います。 スタッフの皆さんもいつも笑顔で、本当に親切でした。 シャワーやお風呂のお湯が出たり出なかったりと、小さなトラブルはありましたがそれも許せるくらい素敵なヴィラだと思います！

Väldigt trevliga personal, hjälper med allt. Underbar hotell med allt som du behöver. Polen är väldigt bra. Vi älskar vår vistelse hos Sanora Villa Sanur.

Hotellet är nära en motorväg så det kan låta lite när bilarna kör , men det är inte alls störigt.
