Sanora Villa Sanur by Ini Vie Hospitality

We stayed at Sanora Villas for three weeks. The villa itself is okay and generally well equipped. Breakfast is limited to one plate per person but acceptable. Staff are polite, yet the location is on a main road, so open windows can be noisy. Serious issues occurred during our stay. While we were away (still paying), management carried out renovations in our villa, including bathroom painting. The strong paint smell spread throughout the villa, causing severe headaches. One bedroom and bathroom became unusable, which is unacceptable for a paid two-bedroom, two-bathroom villa. Additionally, our private pool was unavailable for a day due to lack of pre-chlorination. When we asked for an alternative room, we were told everything was fully booked. Only after threatening to leave did staff “find” another room. The management offered a complimentary dinner as compensation, but only after WE requested it: first 20% off, then 30%, and finally free. Due to the headaches from the paint fumes, we couldn’t use it. After long discussions, we received a three-night refund, which still doesn’t reflect the disruption. In summary: the villa is okay and staff are polite, but handling of problems was unprofessional and disappointing. Without these issues, the stay might have been positive, but under these circumstances, we cannot recommend Sanora Villas.

Very dated, no conditioner,face washer or toiletries. And no phone in villas. Property doesn’t spray for insects I left covered in bites. Mould in shower with blockages in drainage

The staff were extremely helpful, and friendly. The restaurant Pad Thai on site was very good and the prices very affordable.

The layout of the villas were perfect and functional. One of the better ones we’ve seen. Each bedroom had an on suit bathroom with good pressure shower with hot water. The staff were pleasant. There is a shuttle driver who is lovely and will take you to town. We did not try the Thai restaurant. There is a short walk into main strip of Sanur or a short scooter ride via grab.

There were no hand towels for the bathrooms or the kitchen. There was no tissue. We had to use toilet paper To blow our nose. There was no pool towels, we used our bath towels. We were unable to lock the villa itself, only the doors to the outside- this didn’t feel that secure but nothing went missing. There was no shampoo in the shower but we used the body wash, and I’m pretty sure they were the same thing…both smelled lovely. There is no conditioner, so long haired girlies may want to bring! The villa is located on one of the major highways and the traffic is very loud at night and in the day. Bring ear plugs and eye mask, unable to turn off the very bright air conditioner LED that reads the temperature. Shouldn’t bother the deep sleepers ( which I am not!)

Location. Noise and far away from beach etc

Friendliness of all staff, comfort of the accommodation and the fact that we could get the use of the courtesy car to get to the beach, Icon etc. Lovely restaurant on site. Private pool was a great size and was used every day. Loved our stay at Sanora villas, it's a 8.5/10 from us.

Location on a main dual highway made it noisy at night. The pool could have been cleaner. Did not like eating breakfast in the villa, woul have preferred to eat it in the restaurant.
