The property was location was accessible and near to shops and mall via scooter or car. The staffs were exceptional. We were well taken care of.

One of the best accomodations I have stayed! Responsive. Polite and kind staff. I like their system of messaging your needs and requests due to having a busy schedule as a way of communication. Tend to your needs ASAP. Flexible with requests such as early breakfast due to early tours. They can book/arrange tours,transpo for you. They have spa but unfortunately wasnt able to try. I love how the details when i booked a happy birthday signs on the pool and room. They have a restaurant next door, so they can deliver breakfast/lunch/dinner in your villa and have a private dining with your fam in the villa. Amazing villa! Clean, spacious, smart house. They clean and make your bed everyday even without request (also even when we dont leave the house untidy). Empty bins everyday. Accessible to a mall, beach, and lots of other establishments. Much recommended villa! Hands down to all staff, they were all amazing!!

Great sized pool and comfortable bed/pillows. The villa was private and was a great size. The staff were always friendly.

There was no shade from the sun, so it would be great to put up an umbrella for people to enjoy the pool area with some shade. It was a little bit too far from the main part of Sanur and the beach, which meant having to get taxis / the shuttle at the villa, when it was available.

When we vome to stay there was some miscomunication and our rooms was mixed. We got wrong vila. But later everything was fixed and fine. So not a big problem.
