Berkshires Untold

We were surprised to see that facility was an old motel. That was not indicated in the photos. The facility, location and staff were both excellent and we would definitely stay there again. The room was terrific.

A very good upgrade to what was a motel. Tasteful, clean and modern. Would definitely recommend staying.

There is no elevator for the second floor. Couldn't turn off the ac housed in box in the room. I'm an architect. How did the developer get away with this?

The website leads one to believe that you are staying at an Inn. This is really a nice motel with a very lovely lobby. The patio is a plus but there is a lot of noise of the traffic on route 7.

Wonderful people in a wonderful setting.

This is a remodeled roadside motel on a busy road. Room was very small and dark with only a small window. No amenities like a gym or pool. The lobby area and outdoor seating is very nice, but with a lot of highway noise. I would give higher rating if it wasn’t over $600/night, for which I expect more.

The room was fine, quiet and clean. It was somewhat small. This is a nicely refurbished old standard motel. The lobby area was very nice but the location is high atop a hill off of a major road. You can’t walk anywhere from the hotel and it can be difficult making a left turn into it.

Fun place and very clean. Friendly staff and an amazing outdoor area to hang out.
