The room did disappoint for $260 a night. We stayed in a king suite. Bathroom is small, blinds on the windows are too small and cheap plastic plus the one on our back window was broken. Light fixture above kitchen had exposed lightbulbs no globes or covers. The toilet had exposed shims on the base where it meets the floor.

My stay at the Bardstown Motor Lodge was fantastic from start to finish. The front desk staff was incredibly warm and welcoming, setting the tone for a great visit. I loved that the fire pits were already lit in the evening, creating the perfect atmosphere to unwind while enjoying the complimentary s’mores. The accommodations were updated, clean, and full of charm — a perfect blend of modern comfort and lodge character. And the meal I had at the restaurant was absolutely delicious. Truly a hidden gem that made the whole experience even better. Highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting Bardstown!

We were not sure what to expect at a motor lodge, but the reviews were good as well as the location. We were very happy with not only the accommodations, the service here was fantastic! From check in to check out we experienced a great attitude from everyone we encountered. We stayed in a King suite which was a nice size and did not hear any outside noise while sleeping with the courtyard right out our door. Bed was comfortable, amenities were plenty and we wished we had booked this for Friday night as well instead of staying in Louisville! Waking up to coffee by the firepit was the cherry on top for me. Overall, we will definitely be back and would recommend this gem to anyone heading to Bardstown for a fun and relaxing weekend.

The motor lodge had dirty underwear under the sink from a previous guest and there at least 10-12 lady bugs on the ceiling. Not clean at all. We will not stay there and I recommend the same based upon our 2 night experience. I hope they make it right for us but we will see.

Loction is great. Accessable to all things bourbon! We would definitely stay again! Room was clean and updated. The check-in was easy and efficient. The young lady working did not know about the going on and hours of operation of the stores in town and had we been given correct information we would have modified out Saturday to include shopping, since we were told that the stores would be open on Sunday. Other than that she was pleasant.
