TIRA VILAGNA SUITES & SPA

El Hotel es muy bonito. Todo el personal es muy amable y atento. La habitación es tal cual en las fotos. Destacar algunos pequeños detalles como la bebida de bienvenida, la bolsa de agua caliente, los kits en el cuarto de baño entre otros. Todo lo mencionado hizo que la estancia fuera muy buena. La ubicación era buena conforme a nuestro plan, pero si necesitas transporte o excursiones el hotel provee lo que necesites. Por la zona del hotel se pueden encontrar warung, cafés, ATM. En el restaurante todo rico sobre todo el plato especial :) En cuanto al SPA todo muy bien. El hotel está rodeado de naturaleza, tuvimos suerte y vimos una ardilla! Buen lugar para desconectar.

Property is beautiful! I stayed only for 1 day so not much I can add.

Spotty wifi, but stuff was able to provide a little hot spot device to resolve a problem. Also, food was not to my liking. I hope they will improve their food quality, because the place it self is so beautiful.

When we arrived at Tira Vilagna our jaws dropped. It is such a magical and serene environment with incredible forest and mountain views. The facilities are wonderful, our room was gorgeous,the food was incredible and the customer service was outstanding. We would come back to Bali just to stay in this resort! The staff's commitment to excellent customer service was evident with extremely friendly and helpful staff who even put hot water bottles in our beds every night so we were nice and cosy. Their restaurant served some of the most delicious Indonesian food we have had so far. I would also highly recommend wonderful masseuses who were genuinely lovely and very talented. The private Sento was also heavenly after a long day of hiking. Do yourself a favour and stay at this resort!!

Nothing! One thing to note when coming here is that the Kintamani region has a lot of flies, so expect to see them in the resort as well. This is no fault of the resort itself, and more of a regional problem to be aware of before arriving. The staff are always sure to put down fans on your dining tables to ensure no flies get on your food or drinks.

A bit kolonial style on a super location. Very friendly and supportive staff! In summer this is probably a buzzing location! In rain season it’s quiet like in other spots and that gives it a special flavour. I liked the hot water bottles they brought in the afternoon. It felt overdone however was very comfy! A place to come back to!

No negatives, not even the huge number of stairs!

Ein wunderschönes Hotel, nahe des Vulkans Batur. Wir waren begeistert! Unfassbar freundliches Personal - JEDER wirklich JEDER Mitarbeiter war durchgehend nett und zuvorkommen. Tolle Lage - von unserem Zimmer aus haben wir direkt in den Dschungel geschaut - ein wirklich tolles Erlebnis. Die ganze Anlage hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Essen im Restaurant war sehr lecker. Absolute Empfehlung - super Preis-Leistung! Vielen Dank an alle, wir hatten einen unvergesslichen und schönen Aufenthalt.

The unavailability of television in the rooms

this was one of the best hotel experiences in my life. we celebrated New Year there and it was just amazing. the hotel's design was stylish, and the fog made it really cool special shout out to the staff. they are truly amazing people. the kitchen was super delicious. we had breakfasts, lunch and dinner at the restaurant. everything was super tasty. the territory of the hotel is a unique experience. so ambient, so cosy, so calm. the room was comfy, even it was cold that night, we felt great. for those who's looking for a quite and peaceful place, for meditative and healing experiences - i sincerely recommend this place and we'll definitely come back here again!

The charm of being built into the side of the hill and taking inspiration from its forest surrounds. Restaurant food and day spa was exceptional
