The hotel is like a beautiful retreat. It is beautiful and very peaceful. Stunning views. Great a la carte breakfast. Beautiful restaurant! Free soft drinks in the room. We loved the spa, great massage and loved spending time in the hot pool. We got upgraded at check in to a beautiful suite. The staff went above and beyond to help and organised all our excursions (sunrise hike Mt Batur) and transport to airport.

I would have liked a pool and a gym.

"Unique picturesque hotel worth putting up with a few inconveniences."

Attractive compound and room. Helpful, friendly staff.

Food was ok not great. Huge number of steps involved in the facility, rooms could have done with a dehumidifier as bed felt pretty damp

La nature, l'emplacement en dehors de la main street. Le petit déj la douche

Quelques petits cafards (morts) dans la chambre, sûrement un produit toxique pour eux dans les zones de passage

El lugar es espectacular, con unas vistas fantásticas y una distribución distinta y peculiar. El persona es super amable y atento, típico en Bali.

El precio de la excursión al Volcán BATUR, es carísima! Y de que no me informaran de que no podía hacerla solo como les dije al llegar. Resulta que los mafiosillos lugareños dominan el acceso al lugar y, o lo haces con ellos, o tienes problemas serios para hacer la subida al Batur.
