Beautiful when arriving at night

For one the amount of fly's, they were everywhere also in the dining haal so eating was almost impossible, the staff were not friendly, the bar in the lagoon never opened. And the spa visits are not included. Okay for one night but I was very glad to leave

The ambience and staff

The masses of flies are horrible. Suggest use standing fans or ceiling fans to create air movement in the restaurant. Spraying has limited, if any, effectiveness.
