Please note that if you choose a rate that request a payment in advanced, you will receive a message from us per this platform with detailed payment instructions and a secured payment link. Half Board is a daily Resort Credit of €30 for adults and €10 for children, which can be spent at the various bars and restaurants. The resort credit is valid only during your stay and must be used before check-out (12:00 PM). Any remaining balance will not be refunded. When you book 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. If you are traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night, applies. Maximum 1 pet per room with a maximum of 15 kg. It is mandatory to show your pet’s health card upon arrival. Pets are only accepted in specific room categories, not all, check with the hotel. Subject to availability and prior confirmation by the hotel. Please note that the check-in process consists of a self-service kiosks, nevertheless there is always a member of staff available to assist you. Las instalaciones , la piscina , las habitaciones, la cama

Que la puerta por donde entras si quieres luz tienes que tener las cortinas abiertas y te veo todo el mundo. La media pensión no compensa no hay variedad en productos pero he destacar que el desayuno si es muy bueno.

"Hotel bonito, tranquilo, nuevo y cuidado."

La tranquilidad en general y en particular la zona de relax.

La falta de intimidad del WC (compartido con la habitación). La comida del desayuno buffet muy muy hecha (huevos fritos, bacon, tortilla…)

"Cuidado celíacos"

Muy buen hotel en el que hospedarte, buenas instalaciones, buen trato del personal, cerca de playa Dorada.

Si sois celíacos, tened cuidado porque tienen cosas sin gluten pero no tratan muy bien el tema de la contaminación cruzada.

Resort elegante e ben strutturato in ottima posizione, pulizia eccellente. Abbiamo soggiornato in una camera con vista piscina nella zona relax che consiglio vivamente. I servizi sono impeccabili. Siamo stati veramente bene!! Inoltre, il giorno del mio compleanno ho trovato un dolce e un biglietto in camera (pensiero molto gradito!). Un GRAZIE particolare a Martina e a Tania per i preziosi consigli che ci hanno dato e per la gentilezza e la professionalità dimostrataci. Tornerò volentieri in quest'isola magica e in questo resort.

Las instalaciones. El personal muy agradable.

El buffet y el restaurante a la carta. Creo que la calidad y variedad de comida ha estado por debajo de mis expectativas e incluso de un hotel de 4 *

- la inceput de mai, locurile de parcare din fata hotelului erau suficiente - supermarket f aproape

- nu exista un aparat de cafea in camera, pahare sau cesti; ai posibilitatea insa sa iei un pahar de carton cu cafea sau ceai/persoana de la micul-dejun

Très bel hôtel, calme, propre et confortable. Le personnel est très agréable et accueillant. Les chambres sont spacieuses et confortables. Leur entretien est fait tous les jours avec soin. Hôtel bien placé avec des petits commerces aux alentours très utiles

Je ne recommande surtout pas la demi pension car les repas du soir sont mauvais . La qualité des produits est plus que médiocre ! Pâtes baignantes encore dans l’eau, légumes en conserves peu de choix, noms des plats affichés souvent sans savoir leur contenu. Très dommage pour un hôtel 4 étoiles. Le petit déjeuner est cependant ok
