I’ve waited a week to write this review so here it goes! We’ve been to this hotel 9 times obviously we love most things about it or why else would we go? This time was the straw that broke the camels back! Our 9th time and sadly no free upgrade to loyal customers, our room was standard and not even a free cheeky little upgrade to a pool view or a bigger room. the hotel was empty too! It was may half term for us but apparently the most quiet time in playa Blanca . We decided to go to the buffet in the hotel one evening and what a shocker the waiter came to our table and told us our 10 year old could not drink from his own water bottle that was bought from the shop on the reception area and the water was from the water fountain in the hotel…. I told him he absolutely will drink his own water he said it was against the rules! Anyway down comes the guest relations manager in front of everyone in the restaurant too to have another go about my son drinking from his water bottle. I was so angry I couldn’t eat after paying 70 euros. The guest relations demanded we saw her after our meal Which we did and she went on to say we can’t take water bottle into the restaurant. This is what everyone does in this hotel they promote the water bottles and the ‘free water’ then they won’t let the kids drink it they want to challenge you for a bottle of water in the restaurant. Anyone would have thought we’d smuggled a bottle of wine in and was pouring it under the table . Anyway we were due to go in July but I’m so angry I cancelled and lost £1500 which I’m so upset about . We will visit this hotel again certainly not .

El hotel esta lleno de detalles que van mucho mas allá de sus instalaciones: el compromiso con la sostenibilidad que proyectan, el trato y cortesía de los trabajadores, es pet friendly ♡. Tiene una oferta de entretenimiento variada y a la vez, percibí un ambiente tranquilo

Me toco una habitación en la planta cero y no podía disfrutar de la luz ya que tenía que mantener las cortinas cerradas para preservar la privacidad en la habitación.

L’hôtel était vraiment super, d’une propreté irréprochable. Nous avons était super bien accueillies, un petit café et soft offert à nôtre arriver très appréciable.

La piscine peut être un peu froide.

Where do I start! As much as we enjoyed our holiday I should share a few things with others If like us you have a child who is fussy with food and can sometimes have an issue with sitting around others eating don’t book this hotel! Their rules seem to change every night on what we were being charged or what we could do. Some nights they allowed her to sit and not eat and didn’t charge and some nights they charged her for eating nothing. Also some night we were allowed to take her bottled water in which we bought in the hotel shop but on the last night we were shouted at again saying it’s not allowed. Staff seem to make rules up as they go along and like to make sure everyone here’s your conversation. I found the restaurant staff so rude especially the managers. So you get your dinner allowance in credit written on a peace or card! You can use this for bar snacks, drinks or the buffet dinner. First night we went down to the buffet the food was awful Our child ate some chocolate sauce, I said to the member of staff on the desk that’s all she had and a man shouted in our face she still ate we are charging you her €10 euro buffet allowance for that! We ate out for two nights down the marina the food in the Indian and Chinese are amazing and reasonably priced. The only two nights we enjoyed were the Italian and Mexican. One night they had an international night which to me was all the left overs from the week. As we had been out all day at Rancho Texas we chose to get baguettes from the hotel shop and chill in our room, rather than eat left overs. The last night was Lanzarote cuisines the food on offer was dreadful not many people were eating that night, I had a bowl of soup that lacked any flavour couldn’t tell you what it was. Breakfast is actually stunning and so much choice. If you do take any food out they will charge you €20. When we came maybe as it wasn’t highly season we couldn’t order any food at the pool bar during the day you had to go down to the restaurant which was fine, the lunch time food was always good and really fast service You are not allowed to eat down there you do have to bring back up, I did witness a family sit down and eat and got shouted at by 2 members of staff No one explains anything to you, we kept finding things out from other guests. The pool areas weren’t the cleanest my child kept picking things up out the pool like wet wipes and wrappers I don’t think they cleaned them daily, side tables and sun beds weren’t always that clean, no staff came around during the day to collect glasses or rubbish bins were always over flowing. Life guards just sat and watched their iPads rather than the pools Bedrooms were lovely but I don’t feel our bedsheets were changed once. We were there for a week but our room card only cut for 3 days for some reason Some of the staff were extremely rude Entertainers were nice but not a lot on for the kids Mini disco is about 30 minutes and head shoulders knees and toes is one of the dances they do not very imaginative When we checked out we didn’t even get a how was your stay safe travels they were more concerned on how much we owed. We did have a fab holiday I just wouldn’t stay here again!

Hotel molto bello e curato soprattutto le parti esterne con piante grasse di ogni tipo : una gioia per gli occhi . La colazione direi ottima : tanta frutta , salato, dolce......per tutti i gusti. Le camere belle e pulite, unico neo il bagno con poca privacy
