We came end of May family group of 23 adults and kids. Beautiful hotel, rooms were brilliant .Rooms and commons areas were spotless clean, staff were amazing so attentive Ingrid on reception was wonderful so caring and kind as were the rest of the staff always met you will a smile and couldn’t do enough to help you entrainment staff were amazing with adults and kids Adri, Maeias ,Laura & Alba my granddaughters thought they were part of the entertainment team 😂 and they were so patient with them. The voucher you receive for half board is a brilliant idea great value for money. If your thinking of booking don’t hesitate you’ll have a brilliant time adults and kids alike.

Excellent location, extremely clean and maintained, friendly staff and the credit system is definitely a great way of mixing it up. Breakfast was wonderful (although we did miss having beans), dinner was ok. We mainly ate out. Just want to say thank you to all staff involved in making the holiday a memorable one especially the extra birthday gift we found in our room on the last night xx

We had a fantastic Holiday at the Mynd Yaiza from start to finish. When we arrived late wednesday 28 May Ingrid was amazing on the desk helping us check in and explaining everything to us regarding the 30 euros per person you have has a credit to use on lunchtime snacks, drinks or on an evening meal. If you don't spend the money it carries over to the next day. The rooms, pool area are spotless. We were being picked up at 7am and breakfast doesn't start till 7.30 runs until 11.30 amazing, so we asked the Hotel and they gave us a picnic to take to airport Bottle water, fruit, sandwiches and chocolate bar. Great Holiday, Amazing service we will be back

Just returned home from a 2 week stay at Mynd Yaiza. We were a family of 5 including our 5 year old grandson. The hotel is very clean and kept to a high standard. There was a constant team of gardeners and maintenance personnel attending to the rooms and surrounding pool areas, to keep everything fresh, but it never felt as though they were in your way. The rooms were also kept very clean and if you require, you can choose fresh towels each day or preserve the environment and change less often, something we prefer to do. There were always plenty of sun beds and despite some dawn risers putting towels out to secure their favourite place, to be fair there was no need! The hotel does have policies in place and warn guests their items will be taken away after 30 minutes of non attendance. The staff in the main were very friendly and we would like to specifically mention Elena, Carmen, Pio and Daniel who were always smiling and extremely friendly and helpful, a real credit to the hotel. Also the guest relations team were superb, we had a couple of little concerns which were dealt with in a highly professional and friendly manner. The credit style of system does work very well for your choice of food or drink. We personally felt the evening buffet choices were limited and in the second week preferred the a le carte in Lamesa Restaurant which was superb, or lunchtime food as an alternative. The only thing I would add here is the evening food options seemed to cater more for adults or older children. We felt our 5 year old didn’t have enough choice unless he was happy with a plate of fries and salad, again our opinion and not biased in anyway by other reviews or guest comments. Also we didn’t ask for any specific extras for him, so would not know if this was possible or not! Certainly a very pleasant stay and a hotel we would definitely recommend.

Struttura molto pulita, ottima posizione. Personale gentilissimo. Eravamo in una camera in cui la mattina si sentiva rumore per un cantiere vicino e ci hanno gentilmente spostati in una suite vista piscina. Gentilissimi

Si potrebbe migliorare un po’ la qualità del buffet della cena
