Buona posizione.. vicino a playa dorada.. che considero una delle più belle spiagge di Lanzarote. Aree condivise pulite e bella la scelta di fare la zona riservata a chi vuole stare in relax e la zona alle famiglie.

Lo avrei recensito con 9 punti se non fosse per alcune chicche che ho trovato in altri alberghi e secondo me ci stanno. Ovvero, assenza di postazione per ricaricare le borracce e ristorazione a buffet con poca scelta secondo me. Soprattutto a cena/pranzo!

Todo, sobre todo el tema de que haya una zona de relax, es lo mejor

The resort is much better than shown in photos. Welcoming staff, lovely pools, and incredible breakfast. The room was so spacious and well organised. We will be back.

Please place a box with towels by the pools without asking for a deposit. Much easier for everyone.

I have stayed at MYND previously and had a pleasant stay. This time however (May 2026) it was one nightmare after another. It seems as though the whole staff had changed from previous visits. Not for the better. I always book a swim up room and this time my pool was dirty with paint missing from all around it, just giving it a scruffy appearance. I could have gotten over that but it was crawling with ants also. Covering everything on the veranda. The kids club staff just drew pictures with the kids that’s it! Not very engaging for my 6 year old so she refused to go. This never happens. I normally get a one hour break in the morning but she refused saying it was boring. Breakfast is pretty average but I could live with that apart from the fact that they say breakfast is till 11:30 but if you go down at any time after 11 they will be taking everything away! I’d also recommend this place to some friends who had come along also. Part way through the trip her husband came out to join her and so she went to reception to ask to add him and also extend her stay to which she was told to do it online. She did that and the amount of mix ups after that was basically ridiculous. We collected him from the airport and went to eat out so didn’t return till later to find they had not added an extra bed for him! So we went to reception to be rudely told why have you waited till now to tell us. Like it was our fault and there was nothing they could do about it because house keeping had left! So they spent the night all squashed in one bed, bearing in mind their child was 9 and not a baby! They then made her pack her stuff up and she left it with me to be then told to go back to her original room!! Ridiculous! Her only form of compensation which she had to go and ask for was a spa entry which she couldn’t use as our children wouldn’t go to the kids club. On my check out day I went to reception and asked for a late check out I was told I owed €34 from my card which I found strange as I still had 145 left just the day before, but I paid it and then was told it was a mistake that I still had 45 left. So she said she would refund my card ( still not on my card) Finally I was handing back my towels that you have to pay €10 deposit on each and €1 every time you want a clean one! This feels like a 3 star service. I was told again that I owed money from my card which was impossible as I had only ordered 3 drinks and some chicken since I’d been told there was 45 left . I was ready to leave at this point trying to juggle my luggage and feeling hot and bothered in my travelling clothes so I told the lady that she needed to recheck the balance gave her the keys and vowed never to step foot in there again! There are so many wonderful hotels on the island do yourself a favour and avoid this one!!

We recently returned to the Fantastico Hotel in Lanzarote, having stayed here before, and it certainly didn't disappoint. This time we booked through Booking.com and found it significantly cheaper than when we'd previously booked through Jet2, making it even better value for money. The hotel is absolutely immaculate throughout. The rooms are cleaned daily and always feel fresh and spotless – honestly, it's like walking into a brand-new room every day. We stayed on a bed and breakfast basis, which suited us perfectly. The hotel offers a great voucher system for guests who want to upgrade to half board, allowing you to use the credit during the day or in the evening. We tend to spend a lot of time exploring the island, so we didn't make much use of it, but it's a fantastic option to have. The pool areas are outstanding, especially for families. My son absolutely loved the slide pool, and the heated pool was excellent too. There is also a quiet zone which I only had a quick look around, but it seemed like a wonderful space for anyone looking to relax in peace. The spa is another great feature. Children can use it between 10am and 1pm for just €10, which is excellent value. What really makes this hotel stand out is the staff. Every member of the team is friendly, welcoming, and genuinely can't do enough for you. The whole hotel has a relaxed, chilled atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind from the moment you arrive. A special thank you to the lovely English lady on reception, who was incredibly helpful throughout our stay. Nothing was too much trouble, and her friendliness and willingness to help really made a difference to our holiday. Overall, this is a fantastic hotel. Spotlessly clean, excellent facilities, wonderful staff, and a great atmosphere for both families and couples. We enjoyed our stay so much that we've already booked to come back again, which probably says everything you need to know. Highly recommended!

Super family holiday. Half board worked really well. Lots to do as near the beach and then we came back for the pool and kids activities. Kids disco and evening entertainment was a bit limited. Great food.

Estaba limpio

Las habitaciones no tenían armario, el baño olía muy fuerte a humedad, y las toallas eran escasas, la de pies el último día no la pusieron limpia. No juntaron nuestras camas con sábana única en 1 king size como dijeron tras nuestra petición, el desayuno tenía variedad y cantidad, pero el embutido para ser España dejaba muchísimo que desear, se veía jamón del malo y los huevos revueltos estaban súper secos, y no nos dejaron llevarnos lo que nos sobró envuelto en una servilleta, fomentando el desperdicio de alimentos, nos lo hicieron tirar. La piscina individual de la habitación (nos subió el precio casi 400€) como daba sombra y hacía temperatura fresca no la pudimos usar, así que que podrían avisar de la orientación porque no la habríamos cogido si solo daba el sol a medio día.
