Please note that if you choose a rate that request a payment in advanced, you will receive a message from us per this platform with detailed payment instructions and a secured payment link. Half Board is a daily Resort Credit of €30 for adults and €10 for children, which can be spent at the various bars and restaurants. The resort credit is valid only during your stay and must be used before check-out (12:00 PM). Any remaining balance will not be refunded. When you book 4 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. If you are traveling with pets, please note that an extra charge of EUR 20 per pet, per night, applies. Maximum 1 pet per room with a maximum of 15 kg. It is mandatory to show your pet’s health card upon arrival. Pets are only accepted in specific room categories, not all, check with the hotel. Subject to availability and prior confirmation by the hotel. Please note that the check-in process consists of a self-service kiosks, nevertheless there is always a member of staff available to assist you. The ELTENDERETE restaurant serves buffet breakfast and dinner and it is not necessary to book in advance.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
