Just returned from a great stay at MYND Yaiza with my husband. The hotel is clean and bright. Staff are really friendly and welcoming. We were in a superior room which was well equipped and spacious. We asked for a kettle from reception which was promptly brought to us. You do need to have your own supplies though. We loved the hotels half board system. You are credited with 30 euros per adult per day at the start of your holiday. This credit can be used for lunches, drinks, ice creams, snacks and evening meals both I the buffet restaurant or the a la carte restaurant. The buffet changes themes daily and had a good selection of dishes. It isn't terribly warm though. The a la carte restaurant was lovely. The prices worked out very similar. We would rather eat out in resort restaurants when we are away to immerse ourselves in the country we are in. This system was great for us as we spent our credit on lunches and drinks during the day and evening and got to go out at night too. The pools were pretty cold but bareable. We liked the relax zone where our room was situated. There was no sunbed hogging and always plenty of sunbeds to be had. The children had a great section with separate pools and slides. The location is quiet and peaceful. It's about half a mile stroll to the local beaches and restaurants.

Great hotel. Very clean and well maintained. Staff attentive but not obtrusive. We particularly liked the 'credit' system employed if you book half board. We also found the alacart restaurant good value. Tainara on the bar was lovely and smiley and looked after us very well. Well situated. A gentle downhill walk (5 - 10 mins) to promenade. Turn left for marina or right for port and old town (another 5 - 10 min walk). Taxis back to hotel around 3.50 euro.

Hotel was immaculate, always being cleaned, breakfast buffet was a great start to the day, takeaway lunch option excellent and all staff are wonderful and extremely friendly and helpful

Las cenas son de muy mala calidad . y limpieza bastante regular se puede mejorar .

Had a lovely stay at this hotel its spotlessly clean and if i could i would have taken the bed and pillows home with me i had a twin room it was very spacious and i found the shared balcony was ok after worrying about it breakfast was ok and there was plenty of choice everything nice and fresh the credit system is a fantastic idea allowing you to go out if you want we did eat at the al a carte one evening and the buffet one evening both where ok plenty of choice i did still have some credit left when checking out that transfers over if you make a return visit to the hotel in the future that hopefully i might do overall this hotel is a great hotel in a great place !!
