Me encantó la habitación, todo nuevo, limpio, la cama gigante. La amabilidad del personal la destacaría también. Una piscina también muy agradable, el bufet desayuno también bastante completo. Punto a favor, aparcamiento en la puerta todo el que quieras :)

Hôtel à dimension humaine. Pas une industrie de 5 étages voire plus. La propreté du lieu, les parcs et jardins. Le coin réservé pour être relax autour de la piscine et un autre coin pour les jeux aquatiques. J'ai adoré le respect de l'uniformité urbanistique de l'île pour lequel César Manrique a tant oeuvré. Je tire mon chapeau à cet artiste !

Les types de petits déjeuners (norvégien, USA, english, ...) devraient être plus diversifiés. La diversité des menus du repas du soir ... répétitifs. Les enfants qui mettent la pagaille sur le buffet.

El trato con el personal en general muy bueno

Las piscinas pequeñas dejadas de pintura y pared igual y el lavamanos del lavabo,siempre atascado no corría bien el agua,esto es muy engorroso

Estuvimos en marzo y el bufet fue más variado. Había más gente. En junio cerraban muy pronto las cenas. A las 9.45 ya recogian

Stayed in June with my partner and young daughter. Overall the hotel was lovely for our first family holiday and we will definitely be back. We absolutely loved the half board credit system. It worked really well for us, and we particularly loved the à la carte restaurant. The breakfast was really good for a hotel and all the staff were lovely and friendly. Playa Blanca itself is a beautiful area, we loved walking down to the marina and spent lots of time down by the beach. I can see why people keep coming back here. The rooms themselves are lovely we had a triple room overlooking the pool which I’m so glad we did. There are a few things that I would say to improve the hotel: - I’ll start by saying that it’s no fault of a hotel that our flights were awkward times (we didn’t arrive until 9 pm and then our flight back was at 8 pm), however this did pose difficulty on the day of checkout because although we were staying at the hotel until 4:30pmish, we had to check out at 12 which would’ve been fine, but our credit stopped at 12, which meant that we couldn’t get food or drink for lunch or dinner using the credit that we have left over. We could have done however had we paid for late checkout, but we couldn’t pay the late checkout because there were no rooms available. This was not necessarily the hotels fault. It just made it a bit inconvenient. We had effectively lost a day of being able to use our credit, in my mind it should be available until midnight on the day of the departure- as had we arrived first thing in the morning presumably we would’ve been able to use it from the moment we arrived. - One of the kids pools are supposedly heated- we would love to know which one this was😂😂 - The a la carte was lovely, but it was a shame that they didn’t have any children’s options. Also, it was closed on the Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday that we were there- which was a shame because we preferred this so much more to the buffet. On the Monday and Thursday we went it was relatively quiet which was a shame but on the Friday it was fully booked. - My toddler enjoyed going to the kids disco, but unfortunately the bar staff in that area were so slow and had to read the recipe book to make the cocktails. A lady next to me asked if there was anyone else that could serve to be told oh no, you have to use the bar upstairs this one is for the restaurant only, this was not communicated though at the start. There was a really good bartender at the main reception bar, but the others were not quite as good which meant that the cocktails were not that consistent. Overall we had a brilliant day and we would actually come back another time with family and friends. My issues are not major by any means and would not prevent us from returning. It’s just a couple of things that could be easily changed to improve the experience.

Las paredes de las habitaciones son muy delgadas, se escucha mucho las habitaciones de al lado.
