"Great!"

The hotel locates in a very quite place, deep in the mountain, still the room is very clean. Also they have wonderful breakfast and dinner. The swimming pool is awesome, love the view!

The gym need maintainace. Cable machine is broken. Bench is hard to be moved.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking, lush valley views that surround the property—it truly felt like a hidden tropical paradise. The absolute highlight of our stay was the stunning infinity pool. It was the ultimate spot to unwind, swim, and snap some incredible photos, all while soaking in the peaceful and serene vibe. A special, heartfelt mention must go to Wira and Sri. Their exceptional hospitality and commendable service truly elevated our experience. We couldn't have asked for a better getaway and highly recommend this resort!

The Kastara is beautiful. The hotel and setting are more than we could have hoped for. Every moment was worthy of a photograph. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nigdy nie byliśmy w hotelu z tak wysoko postawioną poprzeczką. Wszystko dopięte na ostatni guzik. Niesamowici pracownicy, pomocni i troszczący się. W restauracji przepyszne jedzenie. Pokoje ogromne, z wanną na balkonie. Widok z hotelu PRZEGENIALNY. Niesamowity hotel. 10000/10

Hotel jest położony w miejscu w którym aplikacja Grab potencjalnie ma nie docierać. Aby wyjechać do centrum, hotel proponuje podwózke do miejsca, z którego zabiera cię grab - trwa to dosłownie minute, jest w cenie. Podawane śniadanko - przepyszne jednak porcja dla męża była dość mała.
