Çalışanların güler yüzlülüğü hizmet kalitesine hayran kaldık otelin manzarası odaların temizliği kahvaltısının güzelliği her şeyiyle harika bir deneyimdi. Gekkoların odada olmasından çok korkuyordum ama bir tane bişe görmedim yatakları kocaman odaları tertemizdi. Sonsuzluk havuzu orman manzaralıydı çok sevdik.

Otelde hizmet, temizlik ve rahatlık gibi şeyler çok iyi diyebiliriz. Oda gayet temizdi, her gün temizlendi ve böcek girmesin diye camı açmamamıza rağmen rutubet kokusu yoktu. Çalışanlar yardımsever, özellikle böcek ve kertenkele konusunda düşüncelerimiz vardı, bu konuda odada problem yaşamadık (Tabi doğal olarak otel ağaçlık alanda olduğu için ortak alanlarında görebilirsiniz). Konum da taksi direkt çağrılabildiği için ubud merkeze trafik dahil 20-25 dakika. Otel erafında gezinip oturulabilecek güzel pirinç tarlalı mekanlar da var.

Otelin fiyat/performans dengesi bence kötü seviyede. Masaj, yiyecek/içecek tarzı konularda dışarıya göre 3-4 kat daha fazla para ödedik. Otelde de vakit geçirmek isteyenler burayı dikkate alabilir. Bali gibi bir yerde bu fiyat dengesi 2 puan kırmam için yeterli bir sebep.

"Incredible!"

The staff were INCREDIBLE! I’d like to especially mention the trainee girl at the front desk who was so warm and kind. She gave me the biggest smile every single day and it made my day. Location is slightly out of town but that adds to the quiet and seclusion.
