Kastara Resort

It was stunning! My room was amazing with daily fresh fruit and water delivered. I wanted for nothing the staff were incredible. I loved this hotel so much.

You could not order a grab from the property which I found odd.

Staff was beyond amazing. Always helpful and available. Room was clean. Food in the restaurant was amazing. Location was perfect. Best place I have ever stayed.

Lo staff e l'atmosfera che si respira riescono a far dimenticare quelle note negative che comunque ci sono. La posizione è fuori ubud in un'oasi di tranquillità e con vista su vallata eccezionale. Buono il ristorante, molto buoni i cocktail.

Prima di ogni cosa i matrimoni. Troppi. Che costringono gli ospiti a non poter usufruire nel pomeriggio della piscina. Ce ne sono capitati 3 di fila... i lettini in piscina sono in numero molto ridotto se paragonati al numero degli ospiti ( in agosto non so come fanno). Ci sono da considerare molti gradini per raggiungere le stanze, per i più sfortunati davvero tanti. Ultimo appunto la luce nel bagno troppo bassa quasi fioca.

From the moment we arrived, Kastara was amazing, we loved the Arrival drink (typical balinese hearbal tea), our room wasn’t ready (arrived in the morning) but we could use the pool and facilities before check in. Staff was incredible, everyone was smiling and ready to help. Loved the open spaces - pool and restaurant available directly from the Reception lobby, wherever you walk in the hotel you feel connected to nature with the jungle right outside and beatiful decor Massage in the Spa was great - Kastara Romantic Package - I would probably skip the flower bath next time, just because it looks better on pictures than being in the flowers, definitely a great experience nonetheless 🙏🏻 Amazing spacious room (with some complimentary decoration) with balcony basically half the size of the room (grand). Would definitely stay again :)

The property was very beautiful and located with a nice view of jungle, nature and tranquility. The staff was exceptionally helpful and went an extra mile.

The breakfast takes a long time, buffet option should be there.
