Funchal View Apt 905 Ocean & City Views

Bardzo dobra lokalizacja, w pobliżu sklepy oraz restauracje, blisko do centrum Funchal, przy budynku przystanek autobusowy. Apartament dobrze wyposażony i komfortowy, piękny widok na panoramę miasta oraz ocean. Do dyspozycji basen oraz miejsce parkingowe w garażu podziemnym. Bardzo dobra komunikacja z personelem.

Die Aussicht bei Nacht.

Zur Anreise war das Zimmer nicht geputzt und der Dreck vom Vorgänger lag noch herum. Nachdem die Putzkraft verspätet durch war, waren immer noch Krümel, Haare und Sonstiges in der Wohnung zu finden. Auch die Fenster könnten regelmäßiger geputzt werden. Die Matratze und die Bettwäsche riecht muffig alt und macht das Einschlafen schwer. Das Geschirr wurde schon von vielen benutzt und könnte ausgetauscht werden. Die Wohnung zeigt allgemein viele Abnutzungen an den Möbeln, dem Parkett und den Wänden auf. Hier wird Massentourismus groß geschrieben. Einer raus, der Nächste rein.

The focal point of the apartment are the huge windows. Really scenic. other than that, the staff was really flexible regarding our arrival. Rooms were clean, we also got washing pods, and mostly everything needed for cleaning after ourself if it is needed. Fast wifi, good channels in the TV, the elevator was fast. And the neighbourhood is fancy, lets say posh. So no noise, and we felt secure the entire time, even at night. There is a great italian restaurant just down the road (Stella D'Oro). Overall I can't say anything bad about the place.

The view was beautyful. Sunrise from our bed, looking over Funchal. The host was very nice, communication perfect. They sent a full video and information site about the apartment. (electric appliances, nearby shops, restaurants, etc) They have a garage which was very convenient as we rented a car. The apartment is situated in the city center, so we could reach the carneval every evening without car or public transport.l

Superb view and central. Car parking included.

Swimming pool closed. For maintenance?

Incredible views, great location, warm welcome by property manager who was very responsive, well equipped kitchen, amazingly comfortable bed!

Shower head was difficult to position and fell off of the holder several times. However, the bathroom was a good size and had a large shelf for storing personal items.

Good location and good view. Especially at night.

IMPOSSIBLE TO SLEEP !!! One night of our stay the wind was going through the windows and cracks in the walls, making a whistling noice whole night. After contact with them (took 24h to reply) they refused the refund because it does not happened often, and they said that wind was a bit high that night. We had a child that was scared to sleep because of the noise. Lady that was supposed to give the keys was late 30 min Bugs in the bathroom and the kitchen.
