Please also note that the sofa bed is recommended for 2 children or 1 adult. Please note that check-in and check-out between 00:00 and 07:00 is subject to an extra charge of EUR 35. As part of our reservation process, we require a security deposit to ensure the care of the property. Guests may choose to provide their credit card details through a secure link, in this case, the amount of €250 will not be blocked on the card. Only if damage is reported will the corresponding amount be charged, up to a maximum of 7 days after check-out.
