Funchal View Apt 905 Ocean & City Views

Great apartment with all the necessary appliances. Fully equipped kitchen, bathroom, rooms. The view is really THAT AMAZING! Very good contact with the staff, easy access, great value for the price.

- small insects (ant-like) in the bathroom and kitchen, but not really gross, just watch out on your food on the countertop

Great location. Beautiful view from the window. Well-equipped kitchen, comfortable bedroom, swimming pool available, parking space in the underground garage, helpful host. Equipment such as iron, board, dryer, all OK.

The knives could be sharpened from time to time. The bathroom was quite small and could do with some updating, but everything was clean and in good condition. For more sensitive people, the omnipresent small bugs may be a problem. Quite a noisy street, impossible to sleep with an open window

Amazing views! Very quiet apartment building, the pool was a bonus. The host was very helpful and sent us lots of recommendations for our trip. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Great location would highly recommend

-beautiful view, I think the rating of the facility is high mainly because of this -good location -parking

- INSECTS (ants or termites) that were EVERYWHERE, all over the floor, on the furniture, in the shower and finally on our things. The rental company knew about it because we found insecticides in the apartment and later they confirmed on the phone that they were dealing with this problem, but they didn't bother to mention it at check-in. We were scared that we will bring them home as they were in the whole apartment. - mold in the bathroom - old windows through which you can hear everything - the entire apartment requires renovation -cleaning seems to be superficial - under the bed it was dirty, and after check-out they called to say we left a T-shirt that wasn't ours, we saw it behind the sofa right after check-in so it was left by previous guests and no one simply cleaned it up earlier. For this price, it is better to stay in a place with a better standard and without bugs.

We had a very unexpected replacement for this property because of the smell from neighbors, but in the end, it was even better.

Great apartment, clean, comfortable with incredible views. The location was perfect - only 30 mins by foot to town centre, the bus stop is opposite from the appartment and only a couple of minutes drive. Amazing bakery downstairs - must try. Free underground parking was a bonus. Access to the pool helped on hot/rest days A special thanks to the team who moved quickly once we've highlighted an issue in the apartment. They were professional, efficient, and arranged alternative accommodation for a couple of nights. Exactly what one would want.

There was a bit of noise from the traffic during the night, but expected on the main road.
