Beautiful 19th century palace. Very well maintained. In particular, the staircase looks like something out of a movie. I would come back everytime I’m in Wroclaw

- Friendly & smooth check-in process: Marika at the front desk took out a welcome drink and shared excellent food recommendations - New furnishing in room and nice bathrooms - Small but comfortable wellness area - Small issue during check out (erroneously charged breakfast), but Sasha resolved it in a very prompt and friendly manner - Will return when I visit Wroclaw again :)

Lovely hotel with easy walking distance to the historical centre of Wrocław. Restaurant serving lovely food and good selection of wines. Staff friendly and helpful.

Fabulous hotel staff are amazing but the tram runs along side the hotel so in certain rooms you can hear it can be quiet noisy. The mattresses are quite hard.

Amazing place, beautiful interior, great room and honestly, one of the best places in Poland we’ve ever stayed in. One little request….. please get a better coffee for a breakfast buffet ;-)

The staff was absolutely on a different level. Very classy, polite and helpful. Service on London’s Savoy level. The hotel itself - very nice and clean. The room was quiet and cosy. I am definitely coming back. Thank for my pleasant stay.

Beautiful hotel in a fantastic location, close to the main market square but still quiet. Staff on reception were very friendly and always available to help. Would definitely stay here again.
