The staff were extremely kind and attentive. The room was really nice.

The location is not the best. The pool area was somewhat dirty.

Limited parking spaces.

This place is overpriced, carelessly managed, and a phony “resort.” When we booked our three-night stay over the phone, they quoted us their standard rate for each night but neglected to mention that because one night fell during the Coachella music festival, the price that night would be triple the standard rate. After we protested this deceptive pricing, they more or less told us to stuff it. They also failed to tell us that they would charge us a $150 “resort fee.” Now we can understand such an exorbitant charge at a golf and tennis resort, with fancy recreational facilities, but the Paloma’s only “resort” facilities appear to be a swimming pool (like even Motel 6 has) and a pickle ball court. To top it off, the Paloma’s normal guest services leave much to be desired: housekeeping only visited us once in three days, there was no microwave in the “kitchenette,” no kitchen towels (paper or otherwise) were provided, and there was only one coffee cup for two people to share. You can do much better in Palm Springs!

The service here was wonderful. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful. The bar by the pool staff were all super kind. I couldn't drink alcohol because I'm pregnant, and they made me nonalcoholic drinks. The room was spacious, comfortable, and clean. Parking was right by our room, so that was also super convenient.

I can't think of anything. It was all really nice.

A great boutique hotel. We stayed in a one (king) bed bungalow that was situated behind the pool which we loved because it gave us good access back and forth. Plenty of lounge chairs (did not require a day bed but we did reserve one and it was great too). The manager was super accommodating to every request. Bathroom was big with a big shower. Pool food was great. Drinks were good too! Was able to bring our own drinks out to the pool area too.

The room should be equipped with more towels. Kitchen: utensils, simple plate ware, and maybe a small microwave? It has a fridge and sink so it would have been easy to prepare our own food with these little extras.

This place was great! It’s a calm atmosphere with a great DJ on the weekends. They have their pool open 24 hours which is amazing. Their restaurant on site is excellent. I would definitely come back here again.
